Terms of Use

1. Registration

When you create MultiChords account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 13 is not allowed. If you’re based in the EEA, you may only use MultiChords if you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country or if verifiable parental consent for your use of MultiChords has been provided to us.
It is not allowed for the same person to own more than one account. If we detect duplicate accounts, we can unify them or even disable them permanently, without prior notice. The people who have been disabled by us, temporarily or permanently, due to improper use of the app are forbidden to register.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

i) By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to provide any files obtained through the Service to any other party or through any other means. You agree that you will not duplicate or otherwise reproduce the Content, or any portion thereof, onto any physical medium, memory or device now known or hereinafter devised; except, however, that you may print out text-based Tablature and/or Lyrics for your personal, non-commercial use.

ii) You acknowledge that we retain exclusive ownership of the Service and all intellectual property rights associated therewith. We hold full right to change or remove the content available in the app/website without any prior notice.

iii) The MultiChords logos and other trademarks on the site are the property of their respective owners and are owned by, licensed to, or, where required, used with permission by MultiChords and may not be reproduced, copied, or manipulated in any manner without the express, written approval of the trademark owner.

3. User Submitted Content

i) MultiChords does not claim any ownership rights in Content that you submit. By submitting you hereby grant MultiChords to publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on, through or in connection with the Service, including, without limitation, through the Service to applications, widgets, websites or mobile, desktop, including, without limitation, distributing part or all of content included therein, in any media formats and through any media channels, including without limitation, third party social media and streaming platforms, and shall constitute a waiver of any rights, ''moral rights,'' or any similar rights under any jurisdiction. This does not grant MultiChords the right to sell or otherwise distribute your content outside of the Service.

ii) After the termination or deactivation of your MultiChords account , we may keep your content for a reasonable period of time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. MultiChords and its users may retain and continue to use, store, display, reproduce, re-pin, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute any of your content.

iii) MultiChords reserves the right not to post or publish any Submitted Content, and to delete, remove or edit any Submitted Content, at any time in its sole discretion without notice or liability.

iv) MultiChords has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any Content submitted, to investigate any reported or apparent violation of this Agreement, and to take any action that MultiChords in its sole discretion deems appropriate.

4. Purchases and Payments

A) Subscription

i) Subscription through Google Play Store.
Subscriptions made through the Google Play Store use the Google payment system. Therefore, such subscriptions are subject to the Google Terms and Conditions. In these, Google allows developers to consult the subscription through the email used to make it or by the order number. Thus, to obtain information about this subscription, its cancellation or refund, it is the subscriber's responsibility to save this data (and other relevant data concerning the subscription), so that he can verify it through the Google system or Spring Info support.

ii) Subscription through App Store.
The subscriptions made through the App Store use the Apple payment system. Therefore, such subscriptions are also subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Within these, Apple does not allow application developers (in this case, Spring Info) to have contact with any of the subscriber's data, including, without limitation, payment data. In this way, any information about this subscription, its cancellation or refund of unduly charged securities must be obtained strictly and directly through the Apple system, since Spring Info has no control and/or on such matters.

B) Payment

i) Payment is recurring for subscriptions with automatic renewal.
When you start your subscription and inform or designate a payment method, you authorize Spring Info to collect, by means of the chosen payment method, the value equivalent to the contracted period.

ii) Price changes.
Spring Info reserves the right to adjust the prices of the Premium service, or parts of the service, in any way, at any time, and according to its own and exclusive criteria.

iii) Collection cycle
The service subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of the paid period of your subscription and in each subsequent period (month, 6 months or year), unless you cancel your subscription with automatic renewal, which you must make up to 24 hours (twenty four hours) before the date of its renewal. Spring Info will automatically charge, by means of the designated payment method, each day of the chosen plan corresponding to the day on which your paid subscription began.

C) Refund and Return Policy

i) Subscription refund made through Google Play Store.
Subscriptions made through the Google Play Store use the Google payment system. The subscriber may withdraw from the subscription, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Defense Code. In this case, the integral value that was paid directly through the chosen payment method will be returned. For refunds after this period for any reason, it is at the discretion of Spring Info to analyze the case and offer or not the refund. To request a refund, the subscriber must inform the email or the subscription order number. The contact must be made through the email suport@multichords.com

ii) Subscription refund made through App Store.
The subscriptions made through the App Store use the Apple payment system. Therefore, these assumptions are subject to Terms and Conditions of Apple. In any case, to perform an assurance for that purpose, or assistant agrees to Apple's refund policy. To contact them to request or refund, access https://reportaproblem.apple.com

D) Subscription cancellation

i) If the user acquires an automatic periodic subscription (monthly, semi-annual or annual), he may cancel it at any time up to 24 hours (twenty-four hours) before the end of the applicable payment cycle. The user will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

ii) Instructions for canceling subscriptions.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. Therefore, you must cancel your subscription following the instructions described here. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, the fee will continue to be charged.

a) Subscription cancellation made through Google Play Store.
Subscriptions made through this store use the Google payment system. To cancel the automatic renewal, use the Google Play Store system.

b) Subscription cancellation made through the App Store.
Subscriptions made through the App Store use Apple's payment system. To cancel your subscription, follow the Apple instructions available on this page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

iii) After canceling the automatic renewal, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the current charging period ends. After which the subscription privileges including Ads free content, Unlimited songs download are removed immediately. Number of songs downloadable are limited equal to that of a Free user and contents are served with Ads.

E) Free Trail

When you subscribe to MultiChords, you get access to subscription benefits at no charge for a specified trial period, after which you will be charged until you cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of the trial period. Once you cancel your trial, you will immediately lose subscription privileges. Access to such trial periods may be limited ONE use per account.

5. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of our app/site or the content inserted in them, or the lack of availability of the app/site or content, including, without limitation, lost profits and emerging damages, moral and material. We do not guarantee, either, that the functions incorporated or existing on the app/site are available without interruption or without errors. Likewise, we do not guarantee that the app/site or its contents are free of virus infection or something that has contaminating or destructive properties. We will use all our efforts to ensure the accuracy, correctness and reliability of our app/site, but we do not provide any guarantee in this regard. Also, we declare ourselves exempt from any responsibility for the contents or availability of the information contained in the search index offered on our app/site, as well as for the accuracy of any search result. We are not responsible for the possible violation of personality rights, copyrights, related rights and brand and industrial property rights, resulting from any content available on our app/site, or by the nature of such content, committing ourselves only to remove from the site , following the procedure established in these Terms of Use, that content that is the subject of a suspected suspicion of violation of rights of any nature. Any reference to products, services, processes or other information related to third parties, by indication of commercial name, brand, manufacturer, supplier or others, does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation from us.

6. Changes To This Terms of Use

The Terms of Use may be modified and updated by us freely, at any time, in order to adapt them to new legislation or to incorporate new business practices, and such modifications will take effect immediately, if no other term has been indicated in the new version of the Terms of Use. It is important, then, that you always read this document before using any of our app/site. This may contain some modification with which you might not agree. Finally, if you continue to use our app/site, after the publication of the modifications, this will imply your full tacit acceptance of such modifications.

The Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations of Liability set forth in these Terms of Use expressly apply to the use of Customer Support. We may utilize the services of third parties in providing you Customer Support.
